Rarely do you walk into a auto repair place and it feels like your handing your keys to relatives that have as much invested in your car as you do. Jay and BG have consistently treated us well, giving a full-review of the issues with reports and pictures that show the issues and how they should be addressed. I'm over 70 and have had more than 15 cars in my life,,most of which needed repairs at some point. BG is by far and away the best facility I've ever used. They have treated my 40 year old TR8 as well as my newer cars.

Jay is amazing! He had so much patience with me when I was freaking out about my car I just purchased that needed a new engine. They have earned me as a loyal customer forever! I will send all my friends and family to BG Automotive. I love you guys, thank you so much for taking good care of me and my car.❤️ Oh and they are replacing the engine and making sure my car is safe.
They helped me without an appointment and in an emergency situation. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. They could not fix my problem but not for lack of trying. They gave it a good diagnostic check which gave me a lot of information. That alone was worth the money. Recommended shop.
Brandon and everyone at BG Automotive are absolutely amazing. After an unfortunate experience at another automotive business, I was sent here to diagnosis on my car. Brandon was able to get me in that day. He and his team not only found what was wrong, they advocated for me. They were able to prove the wrong by the other business. The piece that was needed to fix my car had to be shipped, so they kindly loaned me a car. I am so thankful for BG Automotive! Recommend 100%
Professional & Personable! BG Goes the extra mile in service! I had a long trip coming up and noticed the Drivers headlight was out, the day of my trip. They said stop by. And, they replaced it in their parking lot in 5 minutes. They've kept my Toyota going over 250,000 miles!
