I’m so disappointed with BG Automotive. My Car was first seen by the dealer and we were quoted $4500... so I brought to BG to see if they could do it more affordably. They quoted me a $3500 for same repairs but once they repaired it and were paid I found that they missed a leak they had already been told about. Documented on dealers paperwork AND theirs.They wanted ANOTHER $3200 To fix what they missed the first time. They still have my car...waiting to see if they make it right or not. One month ago we took our pick up into BG Automotive to have the oil changed fuel filters and check the brakes. One month later we are at a garage where both fuel filters are leaking were not put on correct, the brakes which they told us have over 10,000 miles left on we only put about eight 900 miles on since then and are now ruined when they said they were still good for 10,000 miles. Apparently BG is overloaded and does very poor work. Now I have to pay another $1400 in repairs to have brakes and fuel filters fixed
Is this how you give cars back to customers after a quote they can’t afford . Now I must remind you. People are friendly and very helpful. But to have your car properly checked and have it returned this way is unacceptable. Even after I paid them the 150 to have it serviced. This still is unacceptable to return the car like this.
