I found B.N.Springfield Auto by luck. They were willing to install adjustable struts/shocks for me, and Geo, my installer...answered all my questions and all work was completed on time, on budget. The mechanics were fast and accurate with the needed services to ensure my truck was road worth. I cannot say enough good things about this spot! It was so easy for me to book my appointment online ( they were running a special) $229 tire rotation, oil change, air filter, more. I made my appointment at 9 am. I was greeted by welcoming faces. I told them I needed my car back by 3pm. Brett said no problem, I will be in touch with you- it might be 2pm. I took an old truck in for an oil change, which they performed perfectly. Along the way, the observed some pretty significant issued with the truck. They called me and identified the issues, sent me documentation and lots of photos. I was really impressed. This would be a very expensive repair on an old truck - which they are almost certainly not going to do - but yet they were really helpful - and in a follow-up call - in helping to identify and document the issues. Very professional, really friendly and courteous.
My son and I were on a long trip from MD to SC. The alternator went out in Springfield. I googled and found this mechanic. I was so lucky to find such a professional crew and they helped me out big time. I had a 7 hour drive in front of me and they quickly fit me in and got the parts.
