I found B.N.Springfield Auto by luck. They were willing to install adjustable struts/shocks for me, and Geo, my installer...answered all my questions and all work was completed on time, on budget. Great! * I needed a suspension adjustment as discussed with the tech during initial installation. I am pleased to say that the tech adjusted it perfectly as requested. Outstanding customers service! We are new to the area and found Ben Nielsen via the Costco Auto Program. We highly recommend Ben Nielsen for all your automotive needs. The rep was knowledgeable and honest during our repair assessment…didn’t try to sell us a repair that I thought was necessary. They had great communication while our vehicle was being repaired and exceptional follow-up. We’ll definitely return for future services.

Always had great service from Springfield automotive/Albany Tire. Will continue to go there for my repair needs.
I booked a same day appointment on their website for 2:30pm and arrived on time to be turned away and was told they didn't see my appointment on the system nor would they be able to finish the service anyway because they were closing at 4pm. Beware with booking appointments through their janky website. I found them through Costco’s auto service program, took a chance with it, and regret doing so. 2 stars since their staff was courteous and professional.
