I found B.N.Springfield Auto by luck. They were willing to install adjustable struts/shocks for me, and Geo, my installer...answered all my questions and all work was completed on time, on budget. Great! * I needed a suspension adjustment as discussed with the tech during initial installation. I am pleased to say that the tech adjusted it perfectly as requested. Had a tire alignment done and the team was prompt and courteous. Process was pretty seamless and price was right.
90’s 4wd f150 alignment - many places don’t even understand these trucks anymore. These guys did a great job and good customer service!
I booked a same day appointment on their website for 2:30pm and arrived on time to be turned away and was told they didn't see my appointment on the system nor would they be able to finish the service anyway because they were closing at 4pm. Beware with booking appointments through their janky website. I found them through Costco’s auto service program, took a chance with it, and regret doing so. 2 stars since their staff was courteous and professional.
