I found B.N.Springfield Auto by luck. They were willing to install adjustable struts/shocks for me, and Geo, my installer...answered all my questions and all work was completed on time, on budget. I can’t say enough good things about Ben Nielsen’s Auto Care & Fleet. My trailer broke down while I was en route to Florida, and the entire team was incredibly kind and understanding of my situation. Their diagnostic was spot-on, and they were completely transparent about what needed to be done. Everyone I interacted with—techs, front desk, and management—was courteous, patient, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a shop that treats you like a person and not just another ticket. Highly recommend!

A+ Customer and Technical Service (Springfield location). Front desk staff were courtesy and got my truck right in for an unscheduled alignment and multi-point inspection.
