Left my car Friday night and used the early bird drop off service. They were very busy but got my car done the same day. I appreciated the diagnostic service that was included. I will be bringing back my car to get routine work done before winter hits. I like that I was able to be at home and they called and or texted to keep me informed on the progress of my car.

I have some legit reasons not to trust a car shop of any kind until I found Ben Nielsen shop in Indian head md. Very friendly staff. Fast service and always accurate. I normally deal with Mike who has always been the friendliest person ever but today I had the pleasure of meeting Dion (I think that’s how you spell it). He was very understanding of my situation. Very friendly and explained everything in a way I could understand. Highly recommend the shop in Indian head!
