Got my Jeep fixed at Ben Nielsen’s in Alexandria, VA and couldn’t be more impressed. Ben at the front desk was professional, helpful, and kept me in the loop the entire time. They diagnosed the issue, got the parts, and had the job done all in one day, phenomenal turnaround. Communication was clear, service was top-notch, and my Jeep is running like new. Highly recommend this shop if you want honest, efficient, and quality work.
Tried to overcharge me by $1,100. Took my car to Ben Nielsens for an oil pump, the quote was for $1,900. Outrageous. I refused and took my car to Action Service Center on Huntington, they completed the repairs for $796. Strongly recommend avoiding Ben Nielsen. I even wrote them and asked about the high cost estimate before taking my car to Action. No reply. Don’t take your car here.
They were so wonderful in helping me get home! My car started smoking in the DC area when I was on the way to New Jersey and they made sure to fit me ASAP and explain thoroughly what was wrong with the car. Thank you!
My son’s car is only 6 years old but needed engine work as well as maintenance. Isiah was helpful and sent me a quote that I could read and explained everything in detail. The repairs were completed quickly and completely. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
BEWARE!!! This company will fleece your wallet at every step. This company has consistently over-diagnosed issues and charges literally double what it should cost. Find another company to fix your vehicle unless you like wasting your money. If you are not already very familiar with the work that needs to be done, do not trust this company to treat you honestly.
