My son’s car is only 6 years old but needed engine work as well as maintenance. Isiah was helpful and sent me a quote that I could read and explained everything in detail. The repairs were completed quickly and completely. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Great service and great prices!! 100% recommend them. Took my vehicle to the local dealership and was quoted $18,000 to fix my car. Took it to multiple local mechanics and was told they couldn't fix it, it has to go to the dealership. Took it to Ben Nielsen's Alexandria Automotive and they fixed my issue plus some for $7300!!!
I honestly chose this place based off the high ratings and reviews. I have never been to nor seen an auto company that charges over $1000 just to fix car brakes…. not only that but the multiple added fees and taxes.. that wasn’t explained when i went there for a quote so it blew my mind how much the price went up when I was ready to pay. I didn’t even get to the full brake service because I didn’t want to pay $1100 for my brakes. However I still ended up paying $700 just to replaced the rotors and pads.
This shop did an excellent job thoroughly evaluating my Jeep Wrangler, diagnosing the issue, and making the necessary repairs. Even after the initial fix, they discovered a minor issue and addressed it right away. I'm very pleased with the quality of their work, and I don’t plan on going anywhere else for future repairs.
The guys did a great job. My car needed major work and I took it a dealership - they wanted a lot of cash. But Alexandria Automotive was able to do it for about 2/3 and I am very happy with the results. Thanks guys.
