Took my daughter's recently purchased 2015 Acadia in for a complete diagnostic. They produced an incredibly detailed report with photos of critical issues that need attention. Everything was carefully explained and all my questions and concerns answered. There was absolutely no pressure to get the work done by their shop. Can’t say enough nice things about this establishment. I had an appointment at one of their other locations but they were kind enough to go ahead and complete the pre-purchase inspection on my vehicle, despite being short on staff. The staff, specifically Dion, were all very kind and professional. I was offered refreshments and pleasant temperatures to wait. The pricing was very reasonable and the staff is was knowledgeable.
These guys were fantastic. They took care of three major issues with my vehicle in two days (after it had failed an emissions test). They called me every day to update me on the progress and even took my car to get another emissions test on their dime. There was also some growth work that came up as they were correcting the original issues, but they fixed that problem too at no charge. I will be using them for all future issues with my car.
A breath of fresh air amongst what is often a frustrating service industry for auto repairs. A smaller shop in Alexandria, but very communicative and transparent. They provided a detailed report (with pictures) of what they found with my car and to justify their recommendations. Work was completed quickly as well. I am leaving the area - but if I were not I would bring all my cars here.
Got my Jeep fixed at Ben Nielsen’s in Alexandria, VA and couldn’t be more impressed. Ben at the front desk was professional, helpful, and kept me in the loop the entire time. They diagnosed the issue, got the parts, and had the job done all in one day, phenomenal turnaround. Communication was clear, service was top-notch, and my Jeep is running like new. Highly recommend this shop if you want honest, efficient, and quality work.
