Took my daughter's recently purchased 2015 Acadia in for a complete diagnostic. They produced an incredibly detailed report with photos of critical issues that need attention. Everything was carefully explained and all my questions and concerns answered. There was absolutely no pressure to get the work done by their shop. A breath of fresh air amongst what is often a frustrating service industry for auto repairs. A smaller shop in Alexandria, but very communicative and transparent. They provided a detailed report (with pictures) of what they found with my car and to justify their recommendations. Work was completed quickly as well. I am leaving the area - but if I were not I would bring all my cars here.
Can’t say enough nice things about this establishment. I had an appointment at one of their other locations but they were kind enough to go ahead and complete the pre-purchase inspection on my vehicle, despite being short on staff. The staff, specifically Dion, were all very kind and professional. I was offered refreshments and pleasant temperatures to wait. The pricing was very reasonable and the staff is was knowledgeable.
brought my Volkswagen in because it was overheating. I paid $200 for a diagnostic, and they told me I needed a cooling fan, water pump, thermostat, and coolant flush — totaling at $4,100 in repairs. After getting a second opinion, another trusted shop carefully inspected everything and confirmed the only real issue was the cooling fan.
