I take very good care of my car and have the routine maintenance done in Rockville. Yesterday, during a 400mile roundtrip to NYC, the front left started making noise and this morning was grinding when in reverse. I was afraid to take it to Rockville, unsure it was safe. Excellent service. Greatly appreciate the detailed inspection report. Dealer and other shops charge just to look at the vehicle. Performed service as outlined in a timely fashion. Plan to use them again when needed
These guys are chill. Originally fixed up and recharged my AC for me and later found the leak that's been plaguing me for years the second time I brought it in. Also took care of my oil change and tire rotation for a pretty reasonable fee for the area. If you live nearby you're likely to get coupons in the mail once or twice a year. Finally, on the second visit they also caught a significant coolant leak and were able to get a new radiator in my old girl before I had some bigger problems. Finally. A car maintenance experience that is free from the misogyny, condescension, carelessness and disregard for me and my time I had sadly come to expect and anticipate. The friendliest, most helpful team! They squeezed me in before the end of the day when I found out I had a screw in my tire. The job was done quickly, and I enjoyed my conversation with them while I waited. Highly recommend going to this team for your car needs!
