I take very good care of my car and have the routine maintenance done in Rockville. Yesterday, during a 400mile roundtrip to NYC, the front left started making noise and this morning was grinding when in reverse. I was afraid to take it to Rockville, unsure it was safe. Outstanding service! Prompt, responsive, and efficient - I've had Ben Nielsen's handle quite a bit of work for my 2016 Subaru Forester, including brakes, suspension components, and tires - and I can say that my car is performing better than new! Highly recommend going to them.
I recently took my car to Nelson’s Skyline Auto Garage after hearing some metallic noises from the brakes. The next day, I received an inspection report listing eight different issues that they claimed required immediate attention, including one mention of “rodent damage” on some wiring. I visited Ben Nielsen’s Alexandria Auto Care for the first time for an oil change. The entire process went smoothly and efficiently. I was very pleased, and I will return for future car services.
These guys are chill. Originally fixed up and recharged my AC for me and later found the leak that's been plaguing me for years the second time I brought it in. Also took care of my oil change and tire rotation for a pretty reasonable fee for the area. If you live nearby you're likely to get coupons in the mail once or twice a year. Finally, on the second visit they also caught a significant coolant leak and were able to get a new radiator in my old girl before I had some bigger problems.
