My experience with A&R Complete Auto Care was great and very professional. The team at A&R is very kind and respectful. The services I came in for was A/C not cooling due to a damaged condenser causing my Freon to leak and a 40k mile vehicle inspection. I've been getting my car fixed at A&R since I moved to Clarksville. I appreciate the work they do for me and the explanation I get regarding the work needed to be done and future maintenance. Thank you guys so much for the wonderful work you do.
Let me highlight the positive first. I didn't go to my usual mechanic because I didn't care for the customer service. That one's thing A&R was really good on was the customer service. I was disappointed with the fact that I left A&R spending almost $800 and the job was not fixed entirely. I brought my vehicle in because I was having issues with the Air Conditioning. I would not recommend to Anybody, I took my truck there to have the Speedometer fixed and they had it for a week and charged me $422.00 and didn't fix it, when I picked it up to drive it home the radio lost power and by the time I got it home I had smoke coming from under the hood so I called them the next morning and they sent a wrecker to pick it up, this was on 3 April and I just picked it up today 16 April and $1,700 later the speedometer still doesn't work and they said they had to replace the starter which I never had ... read more
Came in for harmonic balancer replacement and had them do a full inspection as well. Uncovered a few things I was unaware of and discussed estimates on future work. Ended up getting a brake fluid flush/replace as well and identified some suspension issues that will need remedied soon. Car runs and sounds much better and the work was completed ahead of schedule. Warrantied parts and labor as well, and they are very communicative and personable. Highly recommend! Will be returning for more service in the future! Thanks again
