I’ve had the pleasure of doing business twice with this establishment. Their diagnostic process is very thorough and inclusive. There were daily updates, both electronic and telephonic. All progress was available online, to include pictures. The work was warrantied as well. I had an issue with my mass airflow sensor, which they had looked at the first visit. I won’t go anywhere else in Clarksville for major repairs. They are a bit expensive for minor stuff like oil changes or alignments, but I highly recommend for everything else. They’ve always gone above and beyond to help me out and make sure I’m taken care of. If they’re going to have my car for an extended period of time, I am provided a ride home and back to the shop or even a loaner vehicle. I went to one shop and was told I needed new brakes. Amazing service! Very professional and explained things thoroughly about what my car needed. Took their time with me to listen to my issues and give feedback. Got me in a great timely manner, especially since I needed work done over the holiday! They also give you a 5 year warranty on all of their work, which says a lot! Great people, great place! My car has no issues now! I'm thankful and will be back in the future for my car maintenance needs! Thanks guys!
This place has become my new car go to. Although my parts took longer than anticipated to come in, and life has been eventful, these incredible humans have taken such care to ensure an incredible experience. I am incredibly grateful for the care and attention they gave not only my vehicle, but myself, as a customer. Very communicative, thorough, and kind. I will be recommending them to anyone with car troubles.
My name is Melanie… the service they provided was amazing.. the staff was extremely friendly. They kept me informed and sent pictures which I thought was great. The only complaint I have is the diagnostic fee I thought was very high. The Nissan dealership isn’t that expensive . But other than that , they were great!
