I used A&R twice and in short, would recommend them for your automotive service & maintenance needs. 2018 F-150 3.5 EcoBoost with cam phaser rattle, misfire and timing codes (big job) & exhaust leak (resonator delete, small job) on my son’s 2004 Cadillac CTS. Customer service was great for me both times. Jake, Chad and Christy(spelling?) were very personable, polite, communicated well and provided updates often. Abysmal diagnostic practices and excessive pricing. I was a line technician at a dealership for many years before I could no longer do the work physically, and even at a so-called “stealership,” I never saw pricing like this. They charge a $200 diagnostic fee per issue, yet state that repairs must be completed before the diagnosis can be finalized. That alone is unreasonable. I want to begin this review by saying that the people at A&R are always friendly and I've always felt that I can trust them. The shop is clean, and they make payment, pickup, dropoff, and communication easy. The inspection reports are very nice to have, and their shuttle service is very convenient. However, I'm not very happy with my most recent visit. I brought my car in for an engine misfire and an issue where all of the warning lights/messages on my car were going off at once.
