I'm trying to help a friend and neighbor who has been given the run around by other businesses.... Truth is.. she is my savior. I have stage 3 cancer and she gets me to all my appointments. my timing chain blew out 3 months ago on the grand Cherokee I owned for 8 years and this place kept road worthy... God bless them. Amazing service! Very professional and explained things thoroughly about what my car needed. Took their time with me to listen to my issues and give feedback. Got me in a great timely manner, especially since I needed work done over the holiday! They also give you a 5 year warranty on all of their work, which says a lot! Great people, great place! My car has no issues now! I'm thankful and will be back in the future for my car maintenance needs! Thanks guys!
Super nice staff! Told me vehicle's issue less than an hour ( two previous repair shops couldn't help me). I am very pleased with their service, even provide me a shuttle ride home! You will not be disappointed with A&R.
Brought them my Yukon for making noise unsure of what it was they had it diagnosed and repair all in almost one day!! They were extremely nice people there everyone i spoke with was super kind they even sent a uber for me to get home and back complementary and a loaner vehicle. First time going and will definitely be going back for all future needs!!!
I’ve had the pleasure of doing business twice with this establishment. Their diagnostic process is very thorough and inclusive. There were daily updates, both electronic and telephonic. All progress was available online, to include pictures. The work was warrantied as well. I had an issue with my mass airflow sensor, which they had looked at the first visit.
