This was my first time at the Truck shop side of American Pride. My 2025 3500 was too big for the regular shops. When I got there it pretty much had one of the best waiting areas I have been in. I don't smoke but if I had a glass of whiskey and a cigar it would have been perfect. The service was great. It was quick and easy. They ran me through what I needed and I was good to go.

Van went in for oil and coolant leaks, decided to do timing chain maintenance as well. The truck shop was very professional and got my work van back on the road in 3 days. With all the cold weather this van was definitely needed on the road fixing heaters! Thanks again Truck stop! P.s the van is running good

Took my horse trailer in for inspection and they were very thorough. I received messages about the progress and they kept me informed of everything that needed to be taken care of. We will definitely go back to them. Very nice people.

Was presented a list of preventative maintenance. Well done BUT nothing had a price so I had to play “guess how much for a brake fluid flush”. After I paid I asked if there was a way to get an estimate on the other “recommended” items…….crickets. Do these people shop themselves and have no idea what the items in their cart cost?

This is by far the BEST place I’ve ever done business with when it comes to having my vehicle repaired. They are HONEST and made me feel like I was a priority. I’ve always hated doing business with repair shops because whenever you call explaining the problem, you could hear the attitude in their voice like you were inconveniencing them or they would tell you that you needed 20 other things done and price gouge you.
