I used American Pride Truck Shop a couple of years ago for the state inspection on my travel trailer. The following year, I had them inspect the truck and travel trailer. They do a great job, are friendly, and super efficient. We've had many poor experiences with the overpriced dealership that I now take the wife's new Expedition to American Pride for service and inspections. They are honest and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
Ok, so I've used American Pride in TOANO, Newport News, Yorktown and now Williamsburg - Mooretown Rd. My food trailer had what I thought was an axle break, but it turned out to be wheel bearings giving way. A much less expense, and I'm grateful for that. Kevin was so understanding and informative without "mansplaining". Plus, he's a Jeeper like my family, so he personally understands things breaking while having fun. This shop is always professional. They took care of my head gasket and top end rebuild on my Jeep as fast as they where able. (Not accounting for the delay on parts availability) They wouldn't release my Jeep until they were 100% sure it was right. If you want a cheap fix, don't go here, but if you want someone to take care of your truck the right way, this is the place!
