We were so appreciative of the care from American Pride. My MIL and I were stranded in Williamsburg due to a busted alternator. We were towed to one location but told that there was no availability. The tech took the time to call other locations and found an opening at the shop on Mooretown. We were towed there and were treated with respect and care. Great place!! I’m new to the area and this was the first time I brought my old girl (99 GMC) to this shop and I was really impressed. What a great team they have working there. I left there with a good feeling about having qualified techs looking over my truck and I won’t hesitate to bring it back to them. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know. One more thing to add is how clean this place was. They offered amenities, which was a nice touch while I waited.

Quick backstory my van was shaking took it to fire stone discount, tires and Ford dealership and none of them can figure out why it was shaking then finally I brought it to American pride within a few hours they diagnosed the problem and had it fixed . Service was excellent. The two gentlemen in the front were very helpful and I will take my work vehicles to American pride moving forward.

My F250 diesel broke down when I was far from home. American Pride acted swiftly to repair it. Their careful quality control (unrelated to the breakdown), revealed a safety hazard that could have resulted in a serious accident. I am very grateful that my truck and I landed at their doorstep.

Boy, service with a smile is an understatement when walking into AP Truck Shop. Between being warmly greeted by Shane, followed by Anthony, then extended to the GM Greg and their Chief Training Officer Billy. You can't get away from hospitality, nor would you want to. The time flew by while they worked and thoroughly checked on my vehicle. I'm grateful for the attention to detail provided by their seasoned wizard of a technician, Darryl. There's no question why you guys are the best in town.
