We were vacationing in VA from Ohio when we developed a problem with the front Hub assembly on our pickup. They were able to get us in same day, they had great connections with a local dealer to get the parts we needed. Just made it home with only losing one day of our trip. Extremely thankful and highly recommended!
We were so appreciative of the care from American Pride. My MIL and I were stranded in Williamsburg due to a busted alternator. We were towed to one location but told that there was no availability. The tech took the time to call other locations and found an opening at the shop on Mooretown. We were towed there and were treated with respect and care. Went in for alignment and rotate and balance my f350. Not many other places would do a truck my size. They were fare and got me right in. They did a whole inspection even had to get a new tire belts separated on one of my tires. They called around and got one there and on. The staff was top shelf and the amenities while you wait was 5 star. Would recommend them to anyone.
Boy, service with a smile is an understatement when walking into AP Truck Shop. Between being warmly greeted by Shane, followed by Anthony, then extended to the GM Greg and their Chief Training Officer Billy. You can't get away from hospitality, nor would you want to. The time flew by while they worked and thoroughly checked on my vehicle. I'm grateful for the attention to detail provided by their seasoned wizard of a technician, Darryl. There's no question why you guys are the best in town.
We were traveling with our RV when we developed a hole in our radiator. In addition to the radiator we had some other maintenance items that needed to be addressed. American Pride went right to work locating a new radiator and repairing our other maintenance issues. They put us back on the road with a successful repair of all items and we're now planning our next RV experience. Thank you, American Pride technicians and customer service folks!
