This was my first time at the Truck shop side of American Pride. My 2025 3500 was too big for the regular shops. When I got there it pretty much had one of the best waiting areas I have been in. I don't smoke but if I had a glass of whiskey and a cigar it would have been perfect. The service was great. It was quick and easy. They ran me through what I needed and I was good to go.

Van went in for oil and coolant leaks, decided to do timing chain maintenance as well. The truck shop was very professional and got my work van back on the road in 3 days. With all the cold weather this van was definitely needed on the road fixing heaters! Thanks again Truck stop! P.s the van is running good

American Pride has always cared for my SUV in the four years I’ve lived in Williamsburg. Now that I’m driving cross country back to California, I’m going to miss them very much. But I know my vehicle will be able to handle the drive now that they’ve checked it out. Thank you, American Pride. (And yes, their waiting room is very comfortable.)

Excellent service and customer accommodations. I couldn’t have asked more from this company. They promptly took my car in for diagnostic, sent photos to my insurance company, rapidly ordered parts needed for repair. Most important, they made sure I was comfortable and provided equipment for me recharge my portable oxygen concentrator and made sure I had lunch. We had our travel trailer inspected. This was one of the few shops offering that service. Fast and professional. We made an appointment, they were ready when we arrived. Clean and comfortable waiting room, and the work took less than half an hour. Excellent service!
