Ok, so I've used American Pride in TOANO, Newport News, Yorktown and now Williamsburg - Mooretown Rd. My food trailer had what I thought was an axle break, but it turned out to be wheel bearings giving way. A much less expense, and I'm grateful for that. Kevin was so understanding and informative without "mansplaining". Plus, he's a Jeeper like my family, so he personally understands things breaking while having fun. Highly professional company, all business, completely honest, when I found this place , I decided this is going to be the only place I bring my pickup truck to from now on.... Went in for annual inspection and was treated with courteous service and efficiency. Matt the site lead was pleasant and professional. He explained to me about the process and we updated my information as I had previously received work at this site on another vehicle. The office was clean and the waiting area was decorated for comfort ability to work as the internet connection and pw was clearly visible. I had a very good experience with American pride truck shop. They did a great job fixing my car. They also called the warranty company for me and got that all set up. They were very prompt and nice.
American Pride Truck did a fantastic job on my horse trailer. They did a thorough inspection and some electrical work. I appreciate that they take care in keeping my trailer safe.
