Excellent service and customer accommodations. I couldn’t have asked more from this company. They promptly took my car in for diagnostic, sent photos to my insurance company, rapidly ordered parts needed for repair. Most important, they made sure I was comfortable and provided equipment for me recharge my portable oxygen concentrator and made sure I had lunch. Kevin and the entire team at American Pride were first rate! We are from out of State and had an issue with our DPF system on our F350. They diagnosed the trouble, ordered parts, and resolved the challenge. They also noted a few other possible maintenance oversights. They came across these when completing the initial diagnosis and vehicle inspection. They call it a DVI, Digital Vehicle Inspection. I used American Pride Truck Shop a couple of years ago for the state inspection on my travel trailer. The following year, I had them inspect the truck and travel trailer. They do a great job, are friendly, and super efficient. We've had many poor experiences with the overpriced dealership that I now take the wife's new Expedition to American Pride for service and inspections. They are honest and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Ok, so I've used American Pride in TOANO, Newport News, Yorktown and now Williamsburg - Mooretown Rd. My food trailer had what I thought was an axle break, but it turned out to be wheel bearings giving way. A much less expense, and I'm grateful for that. Kevin was so understanding and informative without "mansplaining". Plus, he's a Jeeper like my family, so he personally understands things breaking while having fun.
