Van went in for oil and coolant leaks, decided to do timing chain maintenance as well. The truck shop was very professional and got my work van back on the road in 3 days. With all the cold weather this van was definitely needed on the road fixing heaters! Thanks again Truck stop! P.s the van is running good

This was my first time at the Truck shop side of American Pride. My 2025 3500 was too big for the regular shops. When I got there it pretty much had one of the best waiting areas I have been in. I don't smoke but if I had a glass of whiskey and a cigar it would have been perfect. The service was great. It was quick and easy. They ran me through what I needed and I was good to go.

Took my horse trailer in for inspection and they were very thorough. I received messages about the progress and they kept me informed of everything that needed to be taken care of. We will definitely go back to them. Very nice people.

I randomly got an ABS light and brake lights on my bus's dash putting it out of service which isn't great for business.I did not want to take it to the dealer so I called American Pride Truck Shop and let them know. They were very helpful. I created an appointment online and brought it in a day later. They checked it out and let me know what they found. They sent me a full diagnostic report which was helpful. They were able to get the bus fixed up in a couple of days which was great! I’m definitely coming back.

American Pride has always cared for my SUV in the four years I’ve lived in Williamsburg. Now that I’m driving cross country back to California, I’m going to miss them very much. But I know my vehicle will be able to handle the drive now that they’ve checked it out. Thank you, American Pride. (And yes, their waiting room is very comfortable.)
