I had a wonderful experience bringing my car in for an inspection. The people who work here are incredibly polite and professional. All of their interactions with everyone who came in were so positive. I LOVED that the person who reviewed my car even put a plastic seat cover over the entire driver’s seat to keep it clean. Best auto/truck repair shop that I've ever had the pleasure of taking my vehicles to for services, inspections snd repairs. My wife feels the same way. Always treated with courtesy and respect. Clean and organized shop. Efficient operation, no BS, and fair pricing. Oh, and free coffee, water and snacks from a spotlessly clean waiting area. American Pride lives up to its name - they obviously take great pride in their business.

EDIT: Now a 2-star rating because they only refunded me for the labor to replace the perfectly functioning part, not also the unnecessary part itself. Very responsive and friendly but still disappointing. I had high hopes and had a previously terrific experience at their Norge location two years ago with a different car. They ignored the “check engine” light and only replaced my alternator. Obviously if a car is brought in with an explicit under-the-hood issue and has that light on, one should—I dunno—perform a diagnostic, ... read more

This review is long overdue. I’ve taken my car to American Pride several times and always had a great experience. Today, I took my son’s car in, and once again, I was blown away by the exceptional team. Their customer service is outstanding, and the pricing is both fair and reasonable. I found American Pride after everyone else was booked for days on end. Not only were they available to give my car an inspection, they were thorough and extremely professional. I never felt taken advantage of or ripped off. I’ve already recommended to friends who have upcoming appointments. I can’t say enough good things!
