Very disappointed with the quality of service and extremely poor communication provided by the Newtown location. In my opinion this business does not stand behind their service work. When asked they would not provide a written estimate with parts or labor differentiated. When mis diagnosis brought to the Service Directors attention he was unable to admit misdiagnosis. In my interaction I received poor quality service and extremely poor customer service of a call back. We will never use this business again.

From what I can see on the repair history, it appears you came in for an air conditioning diagnosis, declined repairs, and had a different component replaced at a different shop at a different time.
