I was so lucky to find them when I moved down here. It's always hard to find a mechanic you can trust. I can always get an appointment for an oil change, and their process of early hours drop off and late night pick up is extremely convenient. It means I never have to take time off from work to get my car serviced. Everyone is polite and helpful and the rewards program is a great addition! Traveling back home, got a flat and then the lug not was not coming off. This was 3 days. But found them and they were able to get it off and replace the tire. We were able to make it back home with no issues. This was after Christmas. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!! I just have no words to explain how thankful I am
Chris, Alex, and Anthony are amazing! They were able to help us out in an emergency that could have ruined our weekend. Friday afternoon and they found out what was wrong after our car felt like it was going to die on the hughway, sent us by Uber to the mall that is only .20 miles away (and brought us back) because I had a problem with my ankle, sourced a part that shouldn't have been findable, and got it installed! Signed up for early bird appointment, had several reminders to my provided number. Was in and out within minutes and service was done within the provided timeline. Email was sent with full inspection details. Pickup was just as quick and the rep was super friendly.
Son is thinking about buying a used truck from a friend and asked for a pre-purchase inspection. What a great experience with American Pride. They took lots of time to inspect and gave a comprehensive report with potential items to replace, along with repair prices. This was very helpful; plus Jermaine was very professional when discussing the results.
