1st time customer. I needed 1 new tire due to a nail where it couldn't be patched. They got me in the very next day, were able to book me uber (since I live in Williamsburg) from the shop and back to the shop to get my car. When I left the lot, there was a slightly odd sound so I circled back. They did not belittle or gaslight my concern, and gave it a quick check. I was so lucky to find them when I moved down here. It's always hard to find a mechanic you can trust. I can always get an appointment for an oil change, and their process of early hours drop off and late night pick up is extremely convenient. It means I never have to take time off from work to get my car serviced. Everyone is polite and helpful and the rewards program is a great addition! We had to make some repairs following the state inspection and the entire team was great working with both me and my daughter. The entire staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We will definitely return for any future service we may need.
Chris, Alex, and Anthony are amazing! They were able to help us out in an emergency that could have ruined our weekend. Friday afternoon and they found out what was wrong after our car felt like it was going to die on the hughway, sent us by Uber to the mall that is only .20 miles away (and brought us back) because I had a problem with my ankle, sourced a part that shouldn't have been findable, and got it installed! A wonderful experience, the staff are incredibly thorough and honest about the work they do. I went in for a state inspection and left with a passing sticker as well as some recommendations that may be overdue or due soon. I absolutely will be back in the future. Thank you Josh and Virginia!
