American Pride has been my go-to place of car service for years, so I was thrilled when they opened their newest location right by our house. I went in recently for a quote on brakes, and was even more thrilled to see a former colleague Gianni is now the Service Director at this location. Gianni's standard for quality is only going to make an already great location even better. This team is always super helpful and friendly; I appreciate their transparency when assessing the issue.
The BEST group of guys if I could give 10 stars I would!!! I was having engine issues from another shop that replaced my engine less than a month ago and they weren’t trying to diagnose the issue nor take responsibility… SO I took my vehicle to American pride, they not only did a full diagnosis in less than two days but they explained EVERYTHING to me about my vehicle as well as also giving me great advice as what to do about my current situation with dealing with the other shop. This was my first experience using American Pride and it was an excellent experience. Valerie and Kory were pleasant, friendly and professional. They completed a diagnostic of issues I was aware of and then they presented me a list of what they found. Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Easy to schedule online. Easy to call and get an answer from a real person right away. Good location and easy to enter and park. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We got a state inspection and it was done quickly. We had one item that needed to be remedied before we could pass, and they helped us to quickly solve that issue.
