Called the Yorktown location to ask if they can take me for an inspection the day of. They were unable to do so and called the Warwick location and had them call me back to let me know their availability. They told me they were able to fit me in if I could get there soon. I arrived in a little less than 15 minutes from that phone call and within an hour, had a complete inspection and brake fluid change. I had trouble replacing my tail light assembly on my truck, I took it to American Pride Monday night at 4:48. They had me back on the road by 5 pm. Service and price were outstanding. I will be sure to return for all my automotive needs. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

I just picked up my 2006 Kia Sportage that was doing all sorts of weird stuff. I usually do all my own work,but finally broke down and took it to American Pride Automotive on Warwick. Years ago their George Washington shop did all the work on my cars. I was disappointed when I heard catalytic convertor, especially as people steal them left and right these days and that has hacked the price up. This is the newest American Pride location. It's not actually on Ft Eusless, it's on Warwick and Industrial Drive. I was a little worried that opening a new location would bring out the snootiness in them. I'm happy to say that it hasn't. As it happens, I had to bring 3 trucks for last minute health inspections. Everytime I showed up with yet another unexpected vehicle, they took it well, with a smile and still gave me wholehearted service. I wish them all the best in Newport News. If you have car problems of any kind, this is the place to go. Not only are they profesionals, they take pride i their work. They went the extra mile working on my truck wich had complex issues, and they did not have to.
