Needed an inspection on my 11yr old car as well as an oil change! They really couldn’t have been nicer! Dealerships are not my favourite, they do one thing and then do their best to persuade you to do a bunch of “urgent” stuff extra to make more money! This was my first experience using American Pride and it was an excellent experience. Valerie and Kory were pleasant, friendly and professional. They completed a diagnostic of issues I was aware of and then they presented me a list of what they found. We discussed criticality of what needed to be done, what my budget was, and came to an agreement of what would be done first to make the car safe to drive. I had a wonderful experience today to have my state inspection done and an oil change. Everyone was so friendly and the report you receive showing items to address at your next visit is very helpful, including the photos. You don't have to just "take their word for it." Amazing service and I will be back soon to have a few things repaired.
They were awesome. I went in for an inspection knowing that I had a brake light issue. They were able to fix the brake light very inexpensively and get me on my way. I recommend them highly and will take all of my cars back to them for work.
Love them! I can honestly trust them to check and take care of my vehicle. They take pictures and do a thorough inspection every time. Customer service is real. They give their opinion but let you decide without pressure on any issues about your vehicle. And yes I’m taking care of the filters this weekend. I like DIY prices when I’m capable.
