Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Easy to schedule online. Easy to call and get an answer from a real person right away. Good location and easy to enter and park. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We got a state inspection and it was done quickly. We had one item that needed to be remedied before we could pass, and they helped us to quickly solve that issue. This was my first experience using American Pride and it was an excellent experience. Valerie and Kory were pleasant, friendly and professional. They completed a diagnostic of issues I was aware of and then they presented me a list of what they found. Needed an inspection on my 11yr old car as well as an oil change! They really couldn’t have been nicer! Dealerships are not my favourite, they do one thing and then do their best to persuade you to do a bunch of “urgent” stuff extra to make more money! Freedom keep you updated with texts on how things are going, and yes they recommend other stuff that they see! The difference being they then encourage you to call and discuss everything! I had a wonderful experience today to have my state inspection done and an oil change. Everyone was so friendly and the report you receive showing items to address at your next visit is very helpful, including the photos. You don't have to just "take their word for it." Amazing service and I will be back soon to have a few things repaired.
