This was my first experience using American Pride and it was an excellent experience. Valerie and Kory were pleasant, friendly and professional. They completed a diagnostic of issues I was aware of and then they presented me a list of what they found. Needed an inspection on my 11yr old car as well as an oil change! They really couldn’t have been nicer! Dealerships are not my favourite, they do one thing and then do their best to persuade you to do a bunch of “urgent” stuff extra to make more money! Freedom keep you updated with texts on how things are going, and yes they recommend other stuff that they see! The difference being they then encourage you to call and discuss everything! I had a wonderful experience today to have my state inspection done and an oil change. Everyone was so friendly and the report you receive showing items to address at your next visit is very helpful, including the photos. You don't have to just "take their word for it." Amazing service and I will be back soon to have a few things repaired.
Everyone is super polite and helpful! Work is always done efficiently plus they have the option to Uber between home and the shop which they pay for and organize so you don't have to wait which is awesome! I also really appreciate the time they take to go over recommended servicing vs wear related services that will be needed in the near future; it really helps with scheduling/budgeting.
They were awesome. I went in for an inspection knowing that I had a brake light issue. They were able to fix the brake light very inexpensively and get me on my way. I recommend them highly and will take all of my cars back to them for work.
