They were great with diagnoses and repair. But we'd changed the oil and had it sitting in the floorboard (they were told) and rather than dispose of it, they spilled it all over my console door and floorboard and did not clean it up. Really insulting to pay that much for service and get the car back covered in spilled oil. Was going to return for more work but will unfortunately go elsewhere after that, i can't deal with being treated like that or my car being returned in the condition it was. I wanted to take a moment to share my 5 ***** review for the team at A&B Import Auto in Fort Collins. They are an exceptional team that goes above and beyond for their customers. They took great care of my Mercedes during her recent check up. They also provided me with a ride to and from so I could continue my work day uninterrupted. Geat service, excellent communication! Good job team!
This is an edit, replacing a previous review of A&B Import Auto. I got it completely wrong. I was not happy with a repair and the owner reached out and made everything right. I have been let down plenty by businesses' customer service, but A&B has single handedly restored my faith in humanity. No hyperbole here. At the end of the day, my impatience and stubbornness were met with A&B's integrity, persistence and hard work. They won out and I'm forever thankful! Thank you A&B!
I worked with Sabastian on a 2010 Mercedes E350. Car ended up having a ton of problems so we never got any work completed. But their service was outstanding! Great communication and precise estimates with crystal clear definitions of what work was needing done and why. Will definitely bring the next import to them.
A&B Import Auto is staffed with true professionals. If you are looking for someone to trust, it's them. My daughter attended college at CSU and had a 2006 Range Rover that began to have some issues last summer.
