I worked with Sabastian on a 2010 Mercedes E350. Car ended up having a ton of problems so we never got any work completed. But their service was outstanding! Great communication and precise estimates with crystal clear definitions of what work was needing done and why. Will definitely bring the next import to them.
This place is absolutely incredible! They are kind and patient, never speaking down to you or pressuring you into a service. I just picked my car up, and not only did they fix the issues I was having, they completely detailed the interior of my car! It truly is cleaner than it has been in years and I’m so grateful. Also, as an added bonus, there is a very adorable and friendly dog that’s often in the lobby.
DON’t buy the 23 years In Business line! Under new ownership, not the same. . Maybe good for maintaining your vehicle but don’t believe they are a good choice for anything beyond the basics. I dropped of a Range Rover running fine but had a “code” regarding the timing. So proactively took it to them to fix. They suggested additional items and I I agreed to some of them Water pump, belts etc. 3 months and $8k+ later I get the car with no guarantee because I didn’t agree to all recommendations. Fine. Ben & Sebastian were super courteous, friendly, & professional over the phone. They maintained consistent communication during my repairs & remained transparent in prices & expectations. A&B saved my 2011 BMW 535i & prevented me from having to replace the engine! I will without question be returning to them for any future vehicle maintenance or repairs.
A&B is a good place to send your imported car. I took a Jaguar to them for diagnosis of trouble codes. I was very satisfied with the professionalism and care that I experienced. With five stars, I recommend them highly.
